Inspired by our roots.

Khoe means strong & healthy in Vietnamese.

Our name represents our roots & culture, and why we started. Inspired by our mothers’ recipes, we took our favourite Vietnamese dishes and created plant-based equivalents to share with you.

Combining our passion for food, culture & sustainability, we decided to leave our corporate jobs behind to start Khoe in 2020.

Food made with intention.

We aim to do more than make good food.

Our mission is to help our community make more sustainable decisions in everyday life. Through a uniquely curated menu and vibrant Vietnamese flavours, we hope to make those decisions a little easier.
